Access results

Automations produce different types of results based on their purpose:

  • Data Extraction: Results are provided as downloadable CSV files containing the extracted information
  • Action Automation: Results include a screenshot showing the final state after the automation completes

You can access these results directly from Past Runs section.

When your automation instructions include a specific URL, the Assistant enables “Run in Batch” mode. This feature allows you to apply the same automation to multiple URLs.

For example, if you need to summarize multiple forum posts, you can:

  1. Create an automation for a single post
  2. Upload a CSV file containing all your target URLs
  3. Run the automation in batch mode to process all posts at once

This saves time compared to creating separate automations for each URL.
